As stated on the listing, custom furniture, curated artworks, towels, crockery and linen are included in the sale.
Rebekah Offermann of Tom Offermann Real Estate tells Nine “the hammer fell after competitive bidding at $13.5 million. The purchaser and seller are thrilled with the result.”
The luxury home sold at auction on November 4. There was no price guide as Queensland law prohibits agents from setting price guides for homes going to auction.

“We are overwhelmed with the response to the national campaign. The property attracted interest from near and far,” Rebekah, who holds the listing alongside her father Tom Offermann, tells Nine.
The agents encouraged potential buyers on the listing to “reach for five stars and more” with a property where “everything else has been taken care of”.
Included in the sale are silk rugs, linen-covered sofas, a glass dining table, white leather chairs, designer bed linen, artwork and crockery.
Designer Chris Clout was inspired by a sand dune which is evident through the home’s crisp white palette.
