How does a 230-foot spa on the high seas sound to you? Germany-based yacht builders Dörries Yachts are making your restful dreams come true with a new 230-foot superyacht concept, Rise. “The concept is simple,” explained the managing director, Justin Olesinski, of the British design house Olesinski. “Provide a no-compromise spa zone with every luxury.” This was achieved by assembling a stellar team, including Coral Spa Consultants, Gym Marine, along with the expertise of charter captains and hotel spa consultants.

The floating wellness retreat with four decks focuses on rejuvenation with several feel-good factors, such as an infinity pool featuring a glass viewing platform at sea level, spa bath, plunge pool, massage room, and salon. “Rise features a pool, spa bath, plunge pool, massage room, and aesthetics salon, all within a dedicated spa zone. The crew’s well-being is also catered for with a clever layout that enables them to provide the ultimate service,” commented Olesinski. In addition to the spa area, 12 guests find comfort in six stately suites.

The opulent master suite forward on the upper deck includes a private office and VIP dressing room. The ensuite is another haven of relaxation with a bathtub. The lounge area outside serves as a lobby for guests to use as a private retreat. The bridge deck, with its bar and lounge, is the perfect sunset spot, with a giant foredeck outfitted with alfresco seating to enjoy the view. The opposite end is where the poolside and sunbeds are found.

After all that rest, one needs some activity, and luckily, Rise superyacht can hold a 33-foot tender, a 20-foot inflatable Zodiac, four Jet Skis, and a few Seabobs. According to Superyachttimes, the idea for this motor yacht also stemmed from a lack of patience. “The initial idea for Rise came about as we were having discussions with a number of brokers who told us they had clients in the market for a new 60-70m yacht, but the wait times were so long in all of Northern Europe to start construction, which was a point of frustration for them,” explained Henning Dörries, CEO of Dörries Yachts. Looks like not only will this concept put worries to rest but also the owner!
