What is MetalCore Arena?
MetalCore Arena is an idle battler where players form and train teams of mechanized units and infantry squads, each with unique abilities. Players will engage in league-based matches, adjusting formations and tactics to compete against opponents.
In MetalCore Arena, players can join or create leagues of up to 20 participants. The primary mode at launch, Capture the Flag, requires teams to capture the enemy’s flag whilst defending their own. Players will have access to the Intelligence Command Center to analyze opponent squads and prepare accordingly.
Unit and vehicle cards will allow players to set up formations for both offensive and defensive scenarios, with various strategic options, including team aggression adjustments. As these units and vehicles sustain damage in battles, players will need to use resources for repairs and healing. Infantry units will possess unique abilities and attributes, with future updates bringing new mechanized units and customization options.

The release date for MetalCore Arena is yet to be announced, and players can stay updated through the official Discord server.
Future updates are expected to introduce additional league types, simulations, an in-game transfer market, garage improvements, and foundational training for new recruits. Detailed player profiles displaying owned assets will also be part of these updates. Whilst specific play-to-earn features have not been detailed, it is anticipated that top players in leagues, leaderboards, and tournaments will earn token and NFT rewards.
The game will be available for free download on Windows PCs.
