X Empire, the popular tap-to-earn game on Telegram, has crossed over 20 million user base globally. The game is now preparing for an airdrop. The team announced on X that “Already 4,000,000 players have connected their wallets and are prepared to receive their tokens.”
X Empire makes waves in gaming
X Empire features a unique theme with a cartoon image of Elon Musk. The game has stepped outside what other other tap-to-earn games like Hamster Kombat and Dogs have done.
According to the design, users tap the image to earn in-game currency, which they can use to build up their empire and generate passive income when they’re not actively playing.
X Empire closely mirrors the mechanics of Hamster Kombat. It is worth noting that there is no evidence to suggest Elon Musk’s involvement or endorsement of the game. According to their official page on X, the $XEMP token airdrop is set to take place from late September to early October 2024.
The exact date is yet to be confirmed. However, it could align with the token’s listing on a crypto exchange, pending final agreements. As per the notice on X, “Don’t forget, connecting your wallet is a crucial step to claim tokens during the listing.”
