XRP has started to rise again with support from $0.54, however on the other side, the community is confused about the SEC appeal timeline. On social media X, a number of people are presenting their understanding to when is the deadline for the SEC to file the form C. Let’s unveil what is happening on social media and what you should know about the deadline.
A lot of big X accounts posted that only a few hours were left before the SEC could file the Form-C. However, there is another group that thinks the deadline has one day left and it’s not today. Amidst all this, people started calculating the days since the SEC has filed the appeal. User XRPLEGION posted the question asking the due date. This tweet received a huge number of mixed responses from the community. Some believe the time is almost out however according to others the SEC still has 24 hours to submit the Form-C.
Things got interesting when attorney Jeremy Hogan replied to the poster’s tweet stating “You don’t count the day of filing and then it must be filed within 14 days. Doesn’t that make it due…tomorrow? (I’m bad at math)”
