With a presence in over 30 countries and support for 92 local organization, SCR has sponsored more than 90 local and international community events. This network has become the backbone of the project and the airdrop aims to reward those who helped nurture this ecosystem.
Scroll Recognizing Key Contributors
The airdrop is designed to reward four types of categories:
- Community Drop: Over 570,000 on-chain participants will share 55,000,000 SCR tokens, celebrating who actively contributed to the ecosystem’s development.
- Ecosystem Projects: More than 100 projects that were built on the platform will receive tokens to support further innovation.
- Industry Contributors: Technical researchers and developers, educational organizers will be recognized for advancing the technology behind SCR.
- Global Community: Organizers, hackathon winners, and Ethereum translators will be rewarded for their dedication to SCR’s mission of decentralized accessibility.

The airdrop, with eligibility snapshots taken on October 19, 2024, opens for claiming on October 22, 2024.
