Bella Hadid was spotted leaving the Bowery Hotel on the way to the Orebella launch event on Friday in New York City while wearing a pair of metallic gold sandals.
A documented fan of open-toe footwear, the model has been previously been photographed in a variety of summer shoe silhouettes. On May 1, Hadid was seen stepping out of the “Drew Barrymore show” set in New York City while wearing a pair of Ferragamo Curved 85 leather mules. The black Nappa leather shoes featured an asymmetric design, a curve-edge body, a square-toe silhouette and a 3.3-inch stiletto heel.
Founded by the model and in development for over five years, Hadid recently launched her new fragrance line, Orebella, on Thursday with the release of three original scents—Blooming Fire, Salted Muse and Window2Soul. All perfumes are available for purchase on Orebella.com.
About the Shoes
The model’s metallic gold sandals featured a pointed-toe silhouette, thin ankle strap and small buckle closure. Additionally, the shoes were elevated with an estimated 4-inch stiletto heels.
A number of celebrities have been seen attending red carpet premieres, high-profile events and fashion presentations while sporting a pair of open-toe sandals. In December of 2023, Penélope Cruz was photographed at the Los Angeles premiere of “Ferrari” while wearing a pair of chunky platform sandals from Chanel. The shoes featured a smooth black upper, curved toe straps and angular ankle straps.
Metallic Sandlas: A Designer Staple
With the warm weather approaching, many designer brands and luxury footwear manufacturers have shown metallic sandals, specifically in shades of gold and silver, in their most recent collections. From Celine and Christian Louboutin to Bottega Veneta and Alexandre Birman, the sandals displayed are typically adorned with layered straps, skinny heels and open-toe silhouettes.
