Leading crypto exchange Coinbase is reportedly designing a new version of its stablecoin called “flatcoin”, which will feature improved security and functionality. The exchange is also planning to donate to political candidates who are supportive of cryptocurrency adoption to bolster the adoption of digital currencies by politicians. Additionally, the exchange is hopeful that the appointment of a new SEC chairman, who will be approved by President Joe Biden, could lead to more favorable crypto regulations in the future.
