In Miami, Florida, Djokovic lives in a luxurious three-bedroom and three-bathroom home in Miami Beach. He bought the property in the Eighty Seven Park luxury development in 2020.
The balcony offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, bay, park, and city. It has two private swimming pools, one heated, along with an underground spa, steam room, sauna, fitness center, and wet bar.
During the U.S. Open, Djokovic likely stays in one of his penthouses at 565 Broome, Soho, New York.
In 2017, he spent £8.3 million ($10.48 million) on two luxury apartments on the same floor but not adjacent.
Some apartments in the building even come with their own swimming pool and terraces. Other features include a library, outdoor terrace, large pool, gym, spa, media room, and automated parking system.

Like many famous athletes, Djokovic also owns a home in Monte Carlo, Monaco, a tax haven. The residence faces the Mediterranean Sea, but it is unclear how much he spent on the property.
In his homeland Serbia, Djokovic owns a penthouse in New Belgrade. The luxurious residence, built on the shores of Pavlovac Lake, is said to be where Djokovic and his family spend their summers.
The penthouse has three bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious dining room and kitchen, and a large parking lot. The terrace has a swimming pool.
The 36-year-old superstar also owns a nine-bedroom mansion in Marbella, Spain, designed in Moroccan style and with a private tennis court, gym, spa, game room, sauna, and entertainment room. Djokovic’s two brothers live nearby.
Djokovic, arguably the greatest tennis player of all time, holds the records for the most Grand Slam titles, 24, and the most weeks ranked world number one.
