Hamster Kombat, the popular tap to earn telegram game, announced their token generation date 2 days ago. It is going to perform the TGE and much anticipated Airdrop on 26th September. However they have not announced which crypto exchange is going to be the first to have the opportunity to list it. Finally this news is out, let’s find out the details.
The TGE Event
Hamster Kombat announced on 28th August that it is finally going to have the token generation event. This event has been announced and delayed twice already. There are speculations in the community that they are again going to announce some delay near the TGE date. This has been the most awaited event so far. The previous delays have impacted Hamster Kombat players as the number of monthly users have fallen drastically. The team announced that they have acquired a community of 300 Million players however the monthly count was around 90 Million players. This count has been reduced to around 87 million players now.
The Airdrop
Hamster Kombat will start the airdrop on the same day as the token generation event. Team has declared that this is going to be the biggest airdrop of all time in crypto history. According to tokenomics, the community will get 60% allocation of the total supply while the remaining 40% will be reserved to provide market liquidity. It is still unclear and unannounced what the total supply of the Hamster Kombat token would be.

The official X account of the game posted a tweet with a message “something cooking” to which OKX crypto exchange replied quoting their X post. The post shares the details of Hamster token listing on September 26. The token will be listed to spot trading once the liquidity requirements are met. At the time of writing, OKX is the only crypto exchange to have shared the details of Hamster token listing for trading.
In the airdrop section of the telegram game, the team has added a section for off-chain deposit of token on the OKX exchange, but date is not mentioned yet. A message to complete the KYC to get the address and memo for the off-chain deposit can be seen there.
Looking Ahead
This is one of the most awaited token launches and airdrop and the community has huge expectations for it. There are still some uncertain things that are bugging the community for example what would be the basis for the airdrop. Even though the team has said earlier that all the elements of the game will be used to count the amount to be airdropped, this is not a clear answer.
