Head of Legal and Chief Risk Officer Leaving Binance.US!

Krishna Juvvadi, Head of Legal, and Sidney Majalya, Chief Risk Officer, are leaving Binance.US, according to sources familiar with the matter. This comes in the wake of pressure from regulators after the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit against the exchange in June. Brian Shroder, head of Binance.US, had left the firm earlier this week, and the exchange has laid off a third of its staff. Juvvadi joined Binance.US from Uber in May 2022, while Majalya had previously served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Intel and joined Binance.US in December 2021.
