Illuvium, the highly-anticipated interoperable blockchain game, is gearing up for its mainnet launch set on July 25 at 18:00 UTC.
During the first two hours, players can download the game client from Epic Games, watch the cinematic introduction, and complete the tutorial.
At 20:00 UTC, region travel will be available, allowing players to begin their full exploration.

Players will find themselves awakening from cryosleep on an alien planet, stranded aboard a damaged spaceship. With the help of a companion drone, players must navigate the new environment, gather essential resources, and work to repair their ship.
In Illuvium Zero, the gameplay involves establishing and managing an outpost to produce fuel and other resources critical for exploration. Players can unlock new technologies and rare blueprints to improve their equipment and adapt to the environment whilst also engaging in trading fuel and blueprints on the market.
In the Illuvium Overworld, players capture Illuvials, forge specialized gear, and craft unique items to aid in their journey. They undertake various missions to uncover the planet’s secrets and connect with other players in real-time to share discoveries and stay informed about events whilst Illuvium Arena offers strategic combat through auto-battles against other players, with diverse game modes such as Ascendant (1v1 battles), Survival Mode (PvE challenges), and Gauntlet Mode (8-player free-for-all).
Finally, Illuvium Beyond allows players to collect beautifully illustrated cards depicting Illuvials in unique forms, and earn exclusive rewards by completing these collections.
Airdrop and Future Updates
The game launch also marks the start of a six-month airdrop campaign. Players can earn a portion of the 180,000 $ILV reward pool by completing in-game tasks and milestones, with 30,000 $ILV distributed each season.
Illuvium’s developers plan to release continuous updates, special events, and new content based on community feedback post-launch.
