Alongside the statement green onyx and parquetry floors, floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour.

Elizabeth Bay is a harbourside suburb of Sydney, 3km east of the CBD. Domain’s House Price Report for the June 2023 quarter reveals the median unit price for Elizabeth Bay is $1,032,500.
