Folius Ventures and SevenX Ventures spearheaded the capital raise, with significant contributions from The Spartan Group, Mantle EcoFund, Animoca Ventures, Longling Capital, Comma3 Ventures, and IGG.
Alan Tan, the visionary Founder and CEO of MetaCene, revealed this recent influx of funds will propel the company’s mission forward. Plans include expanding the development team, recruiting top-tier talent, and boosting user engagement.

Set in a dystopian future, MetaCene is an advanced MMORPG that aims to be a blockchain hub for a vast global player base.
Recently launched in alpha phase III, the game leads in player-generated content, governance, and creativity, offering complex PVE and PVP Play-to-Earn experiences with a prize pool amassing $1 million.
MetaCene is dedicated to revolutionizing gaming in a multi-chain environment. At the core of its technical advancement is the adoption of Unreal Engine 5, which facilitates compatibility with various platforms like PC, iOS, Android, and cloud-based services.
