Ram Mandir Inauguration: Tour Operators To Provide Luxury Rides to Ayodhya For VIP Guest

As the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony is all set to take place on January 22 in Ayodhya, tour operators started making arrangements for luxury vehicle rides to facilitate high-profile visitors.

It has been reported that the UP government also raised the request, asking the operators to arrange over 800 cars for the seamless movements of VIP guests and celebrities. All the hotels near Faizabad Road, Lucknow’s Gomti Nagar, along with other parts of the state are expected to receive a huge business in the upcoming days as people started making advance bookings for the same.

Here’s What Tour Operator Says

As per the details shared by the HT, Rajiv Arora of Rayhan Travel House said, “Between January 20 and 23, we have a requisition of 450 cars from the state government. There is an additional demand of luxury cars (Audi Q7, BMW X5 and Lexus) from industrial houses who want their top brass to take a comfortable ride. We have sourced these cars from Kanpur, Agra, Prayagraj, Agra, Varanasi and New Delhi.”

In addition, he said, “We are collectively providing over 800 cars for the consecration ceremony. We had a meeting with IG (law and order) Upendra Agarwal and have been asked to provide vehicles at fair prices and give a warm welcome to devotees and guests. We will reach Ayodhya en route to the Purvanchal Expressway, where all facilities will be in place.”

Meanwhile, PM Modi reacted to the consecration ceremony and tweeted in Hindi that reads, “Only 11 days are left for the consecration of Ramlala in Ayodhya. I am fortunate that I will also be a witness to this auspicious occasion. The Lord has made me an instrument to represent all the people of India during the consecration. Keeping this in mind, I am starting a special ritual of 11 days from today.”
