An executive at Standard Chartered, Geoff Kendrick, has made a significant prediction that Bitcoin will trade at $200,000 by next year regardless of who wins the November US presidential election. According to him, the upcoming government may revoke the Staff Accounting Bulletin -121 policy. Kendrick claimed that factors related to policy changes, an uptick in inflation expectations, and inflows into spot Bitcoin ETFs would drive Bitcoin’s price to new all-time highs in 2025. He also asserted that a Trump victory would drive Bitcoin’s price to $125,000 by the end of this year.
