City Garden Residence has fully sold the 36 luxury villas that make up the first phase of the Bonton Luxury Villas complex developed in Pipera, behind the American School. The residences in this phase were purchased mainly by foreigners, 70% of whom were final buyers and 30% investors.
The Bonton Luxury Villas project, developed in two phases, with an investment of over 19 million euro, comprises 66 spacious, premium-finished and modernly equipped luxury villas, along with a private club with swimming pool. The complex is located near the Baneasa Forest and just 200 meters from the American School.
Bonton Luxury Villas is aimed both at those who want an exclusive lifestyle in a quiet residential area in the north of Bucharest, and at investors, who can get a return of around 8%, above the market average, from renting a villa in the complex.
