The number of institutional investors adopting BTC ETFs is expected to soar beyond 700, pushing the total AUM held by these players to $5 billion. Professional firms increasingly participate in BTC ETFs, with 563 holding assets worth $3.5 billion. While professional firms only account for 7-10% of all BTC ETF assets, retail investors still hold the bulk. Millennium Management was recently disclosed as the largest holder of BTC ETFs, with $2 billion allocated.
