Selling the OC is coming back to Netflix for a third season, and we’re already excited to see the luxury houses, dramatic dinners and awkward estate agent relationships. Oh, and an insight into *that* flirtationship between Alex Hall and Tyler Stanaland. But will there be a Selling the OC season four? Here’s what we know so far.
What is Selling the OC about?
A spin-off from Selling Sunset, Selling the OC follows the estate agents that work at the Orange County brand of The Oppenheim Group. Which means, yes, sometimes there are appearances from Jason and Brett, and yes, there has been a Selling Sunset crossover or two.
Expect much of the same vibe: the most inappropriate workplace outfits, awkward arguments, luxury real estate, and, well, did we mention six inch heels in the office?
Has Selling the OC season 4 been announced?
Sadly, there’s been no news from Netflix on Selling the OC season 4, but we have all our fingers and toes crossed. The first season was released in August 2022, before the second and third seasons were confirmed in January 2023. Season two was released in September 2023, with the third season coming out in May 2024.
It’s also key to note Selling Sunset has run across 8 whole seasons, which means Netflix is keen to commission more shows in the real estate space. Fingers crossed!
Who might appear in Selling the OC season 4?
As we haven’t seen Selling the OC season 3 yet, it’s hard to know 100% who will return for another season as we don’t know for sure if anyone leaves the agency. But, based on previous seasons, we can assume we’ll see The O Group agents, such as:

At the end of season two, Tyler Stanaland left the agency to go and work at his dad’s real estate business. But, considering his ongoing flirtationship with Alex Hall – maybe he’ll be hanging around anyway? Guess we’ll have to wait and see!
