Hex Obtains a Full Operating License from Dubai’s VARA!

Hex Trust has secured a full operating license from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), marking the final approval of the regulator’s regulatory framework for digital asset service providers. The company, which received a minimum viable product operational license from VARA in February, can now continue offering custodial services to institutional clients and sophisticated investors in Dubai. Hex Trust’s regional director for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Filippo Buzzi, expressed enthusiasm for the company’s expansion into the region, citing the progressive regulations, welcoming governments, and thriving crypto ecosystem in the area.
