Spanning an expansive 40,000 square meters, the revamped production site is poised to fulfill the manufacturing needs of TISG while simultaneously venturing into new sectors, including residential projects, upscale hospitality, and contract endeavors. The transformation encompasses urbanization projects, warehouse renovations, and the integration of sustainable systems.
The expanded production area, now four times its original size, features a new office building and embraces cutting-edge industry-4.0 technologies. Sustainability takes center stage with the inclusion of photovoltaic, thermal-solar, and geothermal systems, exemplified by a power supply cabin ensuring self-sustainability.
Boasting additional numerically controlled workstations and state-of-the-art presses, the facility aligns with TISG’s commitment to technological advancement. Sustainability is a core focus in the production processes, with advanced filters ensuring emissions-free production and responsible disposal of production waste.
Approximately 2,000 square meters of solar panels adorn the new office building and production site, showcasing the fusion of functionality and elegance characteristic of TISG’s style.
Fulvia Costantino, CEO of Celi , expressed enthusiasm, stating, “With the new production facility, we are geared up for more challenging projects, facilitating continued growth. The expansion will contribute to increased employment, becoming a driving force for the local supply chain.”
The hiring initiative aligns with TISG’s commitment to professional development, particularly for younger talents. The plan aims to add 40 employees in 2024, supplementing the existing 80. Thirty positions will be dedicated to carpenters and mechatronics experts in production, while 10 industrial design graduates will join the production engineering department, fostering growth and expertise within the company.
