The film is directed by Denis Villeneuve (who also directed Dune: Part One) and features a watch prop made for the movie by Hamilton — along with two limited edition Hamilton watches made as a tie-in to the movie prop.
Interestingly, high-end Swiss watchmaker Parmigiani Fleurier (owned by the Sandoz Family Foundation) is reportedly up for sale, according to Watch Pro via Miss Tweed. It’s unclear if Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier — which’s likely the most valuable watch-related asset owned by the Sandoz Pharmaceutical company — is also being offered for sale.
