Along with Four Seasons, there are a few notable masterminds behind the exciting new venture. World-leading shipbuilding group, Fincantieri, will bring its groundbreaking engineering and technology to craft the finest vessels for Four Seasons Yachts with industry expert Larry Pimentel, and luxury entrepreneurs Nadim Ashi and Philip Levine also heading the project. Lead architects Tillberg Design of Sweden and London-based Martin Brudnizki Design Studio (who’s worked with fly-high places such as Annabel’s and many of London’s best restaurants) will oversee the exteriors and suite designs, with creative direction from Prosper Assouline.
Since Four Seasons Yachts is still a way from its maiden voyage, details on itineraries are still yet to be confirmed but rumours of sun-soaked journeys through the Mediterranean and Caribbean are on the horizon. Costing will vary with individual itineraries and will only be announced once reservations open in the third quarter of 2023.
This isn’t the first time the Toronto-based luxury hospitality group has dipped its toes in the water, having launched Four Seasons Explorer cruises many years ago, and with 124 hotels and resorts already in the portfolio, the new venture “represents the next chapter of its long history of industry-leading innovation, and a milestone moment for the company” says Christian Clerc, President of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
