Scenic Group has unveiled its next-generation luxury ocean yacht, Emerald Kaia. The latest ship in the Emerald Cruises yacht fleet, the Emerald Kaia is set to make its debut in April 2026.
At 120 metres, the new vessel will accommodate 128 guests but will still offer an “intimate ambience”, Scenic says.
According to the small-ship river and ocean cruising company, cabins and suites on the Emerald Kaia will feature a 10 per cent larger floor plan than previous yachts, with new connecting Balcony Suites on Deck 4 designed with intergenerational travel and small groups in mind.
Elsewhere, the Sky Deck is getting a makeover with the addition of a new internal Sky Lounge and private cabanas, providing guests with an open-air experience and panoramic views.
The revamped Observation Sun Deck on the bow features a Spa Pool and sun lounges, enhancing the existing Observation Lounge.
Dining on the new vessel also improves upon previous dining venues, with a larger terrace for al fresco dining at La Cucina restaurant and the introduction of the Night Market, an Asian-style grill concept for intimate dining experiences (up to eight guests) at an extra cost.
Adventure meets luxury in the upgraded Marina, which boasts a dedicated Marina Lounge and a range of water sports activities.
The yacht also features a reimagined gym and outdoor platform for indoor/outdoor workouts, while an expanded Elements Spa caters to wellness aficionados, aligning with Emerald Cruises’ broader focus on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.
“Emerald Kaia, with its significant design and amenity enhancements, marks a pivotal expansion for our fleet,” Scenic Group Chairman and Founder Glen Moroney said.
“It builds on the strengths of Emerald Sakara and Emerald Azzurra, allowing us to offer unmatched superyacht experiences along the world’s most captivating coastlines.”
Among the destinations the Emerald Kaia will sail to are the Mediterranean, Adriatic and Aegean Seas, and the Seychelles Islands.
Cruise inclusions will remain the same on the new yacht, with all meals, complimentary all-day drinks, selected shore excursions, cultural experiences, wifi, airport transfers, and tipping all included.
Bookings for 8-day Adriatic cruises on board the Emerald Kaia start from $9,045 per person* twin share and are available now.
For the full collection of Mediterranean, Caribbean and Seychelles Islands cruises across the fleet, Emerald Cruises’ new 2024-2027 Cruise Planner is now available.
