The WiLder 60 features an all-aluminum hull designed by Wider Engineering, ensuring seaworthiness and stability. The model’s standout elements include expansive exterior spaces and customizable interiors. The design focuses on creating a 60-footer that combines performance and luxury.
Wider’s approach aims to cater to clients seeking a unique yachting experience. “The WiLder 60 was conceived to capture the imagination of adventurous and thrill-seeking clients,” said Marcello Maggi of W-Fin Sarl. “With its 40-knot performance and custom superyacht finish, the WiLder 60 is unmatched in its class.”
The WiLder 60 showcases modern sculptural elements, including an angular deckhouse and a reverse bow. The yacht’s exterior features bold design details, such as engineroom intake vents and a low aft end, emphasizing its power and elegance.
The yacht offers extensive exterior spaces, including a foredeck seating area, a large sunpad, an alfresco dining area, and another sunpad aft. The helm, located between the two party decks, is designed for optimal performance and handling. Twin MAN V8 engines deliver 1,300hp each, enabling a top speed of 40 knots and a cruising speed of 35 knots, with a range of 240 nautical miles. Bow and stern thrusters, a dynamic positioning system, and optional stabilizers enhance maneuverability.
The WiLder 60’s interior, designed by Wider Centro Stile, can be tailored to the client’s preferences. The first hull features a spacious owner’s cabin with an ensuite, two guest cabins, a saloon with a designer galley, and an additional head and shower. The aft port cabin can be converted into a crew area.
The interior design incorporates luxury car elements, with materials and detailing that evoke a high-end aesthetic. Lighting plays a crucial role, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Oak parquet flooring, Krion countertops, and high-quality fixtures contribute to the yacht’s luxurious feel.
The WiLder 60 represents a significant step for Wider and its new brand. “The WiLder 60 demonstrates that performance yachts can still be luxurious,” said Fabio Fraternale, Wider CEO. “This model shows that we can make any client’s vision a reality. The WiLder 60 is born to be wild, for clients who want to experience yachting at its best.”
Wider yachts are designed and built with a strong focus on performance, significantly reducing fuel consumption, noise and vibrations emitted without forgetting the aesthetics of the design and the quality of the materials. Founded in 2010, the shipyard is now lead-by Marcello Maggi who heads W-Fin Sarl, the holding Company that owns 100% of Wider’s equity. The three main Wider facilities are based on the East coast of Italy, from Ancona, which is the headquarter, to the new cutting-edge facility in Fano and the new Superyacht Hub in Venice, where superyachts and full-custom projects will be built.
