Brabus first revealed the Deep Blue package along the shorelines of Mallorca in 2022. The entire lineup had a Deep Blue color scheme embodying the new form of signature Brabus masterpiece luxury. The first offering in the Deep Blue package was the Shadow 900 Deep Blue luxury superboat, followed by an exclusive Panerai Submersible S Brabus Blue Shadow Edition.

The 900 hp Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, 900 Deep Blue SUV, was the final piece of the Deep Blue package. Brabus uses a Mercedes AMG G 63 as the base of the 900 Deep Blue, offering enthusiasts a more luxurious SUV with a starting price of over $527,000.

The Deep Blue Package

The Brabus Deep Blue package consists of three luxurious products: the 900 Deep Blue SUV, the Shadow 900 Deep Blue luxury superboat, and an exclusive Panerai Submersible S Brabus Blue Shadow Edition watch. These items boast a truly one-of-a-kind design, and Brabus claims they’re all inspired by the ocean’s serenity and unmistakable deep blue color.

The 900 Deep Blue G Wagon SUV is the final piece of the Deep Blue package, offering unquestionable contemporary design, raw performance, and Brabus’ 1-Second-Wow factor.

The Brabus Shadow 900 Deep Blue superboat offers an enlarged social space and the latest technology. It uses dual Mercury Marine 450R 4.6-liter V8 4-stroke racing engines, producing an impressive 900 hp. With this performance, the Shadow 900 Deep Blue can reach over 60 knots with ease while delivering the best handling and drivability.

Brabus outfits the Shadow 900 Deep Blue with touchscreen technology and fingertip controls for improved handling. There’s also an intelligent steering module with a bow thruster that ensures optimal maneuverability.

The Panerai Submersible S Brabus Blue Shadow Edition is a limited-edition diver’s watch with impeccable design and functionality. Its design highlights the best of Brabus and Panerai. The Submersible S also gets some signature design features of the Brabus Shadow series, matching the superboat with a range of blue and gray tones.

The Panerai Submersible S Brabus Blue Shadow Edition has a 47mm case made of titanium and molded using DMLS. This molding method helps create a strong and lightweight case. Panerai fits its signature shape and crown guard, offering better performance and assertive presence with the striking matte black finish.

Forged Performance

The Brabus 900 Deep Blue has a 1-Second-Wow factor, thanks to its aggressive exterior design. It has 24-inch Brabus Monoblock Z “Platinum Edition” forged wheels, helping give it maximum strength and an unmistakable look. The wheels’ lightweight design helps with optimal handling and improved stability.

They work in harmony with the Brabus Ride Control aluminum coilover suspension, allowing the driver to adjust the ride height by up to 1.8 inches, thus improving the driving dynamics through a lower center of gravity.

The 900 Deep Blue gets an aggressive, stylish, elegant and timeless exterior, helping display its sheer beauty and uncompromising force. The Deep Blue gets the Brabus Widestar exterior aerodynamic package finished in signature Deep Blue paintwork. The Widestar package introduces wider fender flares at the front and rear, integrated LEDs to illuminate the running boards, Brabus logos on the exterior, and a custom hood.

The wider fender flares create space for the 24-inch wheels helping bring together the stylish design of the 900 Deep Blue. Brabus’ Widestar package also redesigns the front and rear fascia to fit the Widestar fenders precisely. The front gets larger air intakes, providing the brakes, radiators, and engine with an optimal supply of fresh air.

Just like the Widestar 800, the 900 Deep Blue gets the Brabus Branding package with an illuminated Brabus logo for the radiator grille.

On the roof, Brabus adds its Power Beams auxiliary light unit to further characterize the striking front of the 900 Deep Blue. At night, these LEDs improve illumination when the high beams are active. Brabus also fits the 900 Deep Blue with a roof wing at the rear for even more exciting looks. Another attractive feature of the 900 Deep Blue is the naked carbon spare wheel cover with the Brabus logo.

Brabus Masterpiece Interior With Tailormade Individuality

Brabus offers modern elegance with all its vehicles. The 900 Deep Blue is no different, featuring a bespoke, fully handcrafted interior. Brabus got the inspiration for the 900 Deep Blue from the ocean, thus integrating some signature Deep Blue looks into the interior. The Brabus 900 Deep Blue has a refined fine leather design in State Gray.

The leather design has an impeccable finish and pairs perfectly with the brand’s special Seashell Diamond quilting and perforations. This finish is on all surfaces, including the seats, foot wells, and trim elements. Brabus also adds several interior elements of this special edition finished in the Heritage brand pattern.

All these elements complement Deep Blue’s one-of-a-kind flair.

The 900 Deep Blue gets multiple stylish components, including aluminum door lock pins and pedals. The center console also has a Panerai Luminor design analog watch, elevating the overall feel of the SUV. Additional Brabus touches include a Brabus speedometer, carbon entrance panels, trunk mat in quilted leather, cargo compartment floor in quilted leather, Alcantara on A, B, C, and D columns, etc.

Revised AMG Powertrain

Brabus marries the 900 Deep Blue with uncompromising force to offer the best power delivery and performance engineering. Under the hood seats a twin-turbocharged 4.5-liter V8 engine with 900 hp and 922 lb-ft of torque. Brabus gets the additional power by increasing the displacement of the V8 from 4.0 liters to 4.5. The 900 Deep Blue also gets newly developed turbochargers, helping produce unrelenting power.

Brabus mates the familiar Rocket 900’s engine with a 9-speed automatic transmission, which drivers can shift automatically or manually. With all this performance, the 900 Deep Blue can rocket from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.7 seconds and get to an electronically limited top speed of 173 mph. In addition to the magnificent powertrain, the Brabus 900 Deep Blue has a newly developed stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system with full carbon exhaust trims.

Performance

Brabus fits some actively controlled valves into the exhaust system and an integrated launch ambiance light for the right acoustics and looks. These actively controlled valves allow drivers to switch between a subtle whisper in “Coming Home” mode and the exceedingly throaty V8 in “Sport” mode at the touch of a button.
