Revealed at the eminent shipyard of Benetti in Livorno, Italy, ALUNYA sets sail as an epitome of opulent oceanic adventure, encapsulating close contact with the sea as a key design element.
ALUNYA, the new hull of the highly successful B.Now 50M series, embarked on her maiden journey in early May 2023. The super yacht stands as the second steel embodiment of the series, boasting the signature Oasis Deck® design. With 49.9 meters of sheer elegance and functionality, ALUNYA draws inspiration from Benetti’s iconic maritime heritage.
The innovative Oasis Deck®, the design icon that set a new standard with its debut just two months prior, infuses ALUNYA with a stunning 36 square-meter beach club and outdoor living area. Redefining traditional stern configurations, the hydraulic winged terraces of the Oasis Deck® extend to offer mesmerizing 270-degree views from the stern. Alongside its grandeur, the deck comes complete with a glass-walled infinity pool and versatile conversation areas, effortlessly blurring the line between onboard luxury and the beauty of the open sea.
Purchased by an experienced owner, ALUNYA was customized with personal touches to match the owner’s exquisite tastes. The renowned brokerage firm, TWW Yachts, brokered the deal and represented the owner throughout the build process, ensuring a flawless blend of their desires with Benetti’s superior craftsmanship.

The partnership with TWW Yachts was echoed by David Westwood and Michael White, Principal Partners at the company, who praised the successful project and Benetti’s commitment to delivering the yacht ready for the summer season despite the numerous interior changes requested.
Incorporating the concept of seamless indoor-outdoor living, the renowned British studio RWD spearheaded the exterior styling and concept design, while Italian PierLuigi Ausonio Naval Architecture undertook the naval architecture. The interior spaces were meticulously crafted by Benetti’s in-house HUB Design, resulting in an unforgettable combination of aesthetics and functionality.
With the option of accommodating either 10 or 12 guests, the owners of ALUNYA opted for a five-guest stateroom configuration, including a grand owner’s suite on the Main Deck. Six additional cabins are designed for a crew of 10, including the captain. Moreover, ALUNYA offers ample space for tenders and water toys, neatly tucked away within the bow and easily accessible through a hydraulic hatch.
Constructed with a robust steel hull and an aluminum alloy superstructure, the four-deck 50-meter yacht features twin MAN V12 1,400 horsepower engines, two Kohler 118 kW generators, and a pair of electrical stabilizers, ensuring a 4,500 nautical mile range at 12 knots and a top speed of 15 knots.
The maiden voyage of the ALUNYA is scheduled immediately after its delivery in late July 2023, marking a new chapter in the luxury yacht industry.
