Monaco, the second smallest country in the world, is known for its wealth and luxury. Thanks to the lack of income tax for residents, it has one of the highest concentrations of millionaires and billionaires. It is one of those rare places on the planet where a standard Bugatti Chiron might fail to turn heads, especially during the Monaco Grand Prix weekend, when the tiny city-state on the French Riviera is flooded with some of the wealthiest and most affluent people from all over the world. However, someone found a nifty trick to make a Bugatti Chiron one of the most talked about automobiles during this year’s Monaco Grand Prix, which is scheduled to take place this weekend. Film Director Tom Claeren partnered with Libertex Europe Official and Boutsen Classic Cars to park a Chiron on the deck of a superyacht.

Yachting and Formula One have been deeply involved over the nine decades of the Monaco Grand Prix, with the city’s waterfront and harbor offering some of the best views of the track. The most affluent motorsports enthusiasts visiting the event often prefer to ditch the grandstand and enjoy the race from their yachts parked next to the street circuit. In fact, billionaires often compete over who has the biggest superyacht with the most glamorous parties during the race weekend.

This year, Tom Claeren wants a luxury superyacht named “Seven Sins” to be the talk of the town by parking the multi-million-dollar hypercar of the vessel. Getting a rare and super-expensive automobile on the deck of a superyacht is definitely not easy. Claeren documented the whole process through pictures and videos and uploaded them on Instagram with the caption: “See you in #Monaco.”

A team of highly skilled people hoisted the Bugatti Chiron, decked out in the company’s signature French Racing Blue color, with the help of a crane and carefully placed it onto the aft deck of the superyacht. As seen in the pictures, a special frame had to be built to support the hypercar on the vessel and showcase it as the centerpiece. We’re hardly surprised that Claeren calls it the “Ultimate F12 Superyacht.” Seven Sins was built in 2017 by the Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo and has won multiple awards. Measuring 52 meters in length, the yacht features interior styling by Balo. Available for charter starting at $300,000 a week, it can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 cabins, which include a master suite located on the main deck, one VIP cabin, and two double cabins. This is not the first time Claeren has pulled off a similar stunt. At last year’s Monaco Grand Prix, he teamed up with Car & Car Italy and Altr to display an actual Ferrari F40 on a superyacht to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the iconic race.
