The 2023 Hyundai IONIQ 6 sedan remains one of the cheapest EVs that you can lease. At the entry-level, the IONIQ 6 SE Standard Range has an effective cost of just $368 per month before taxes & fees. Believe it or not, that can make the fully-electric car more affordable than a 2023 Toyota Corolla LE ($402).
At that price, the IONIQ 6 is also over $110 per month cheaper to lease than a Tesla Model 3 ($482). It’s also more affordable than Hyundai’s cheapest lease on the IONIQ 5 ($437). Offer available through January 2nd in most parts of the country based on 10,000 miles a year.
You can get a killer deal on the 2024 Chevy Equinox when stacking discounts this month. First, there’s a $1,500 incentive for current GM and non-GM lessees. Next, Costco members can score an additional $1,000 in savings. All told, the effective cost of the Equinox LT can be as little as $316 per month.
That’s cheaper than the best lease deal on the Chevy Trax ($386). Even if you weren’t planning to lease an SUV, we think the Equinox could be a surprisingly affordable choice. At this price, the Equinox is cheaper to lease than a Toyota Corolla ($382). That makes this a smart upgrade for the right shopper.
Chevy’s incentive is available through January 2nd and is based on 10,000 miles per year. If you think you’ll need more miles, be sure to see your dealer to explore your options. With every available discount, the Equinox is now among the cheapest SUVs you can lease. Expect pricing to go up in January.
Kia Niro EV SUV Lease Deal
- Monthly Payment: $249 for 36 months
- Due at Signing: $4,499
- Effective Cost: $374 per month
- MSRP: $40,875
The 2024 Kia Niro EV is one of the most affordable electric vehicles to lease. You can now lease the Wind trim starting at just $249 per month in the states of CT, MA, NH, NJ, NY, and RI. Based on our analysis, the effective cost is about $20 higher in other parts of the country.
In addition to featuring a generous lease discount, Kia is inflating Niro EV residual values to help make it more affordable to lease. The offer is based on 10,000 miles a year and is available through January 2nd, 2024.
Subaru is continuing to offer the deal of the year on the Solterra EV. Through January 2nd, the Solterra Premium can be leased for an effective cost of just $410 per month. Subaru cut lease prices several months ago by inflating residual values, undercutting just about every EV on the market.
We’ve never seen a lease this cheap on the 2023 Solterra since it first went on sale. What’s amazing is how much cheaper it is than the Toyota bZ4X ($472). We’re still seeing this Solterra lease deal in most parts of the country based on 10,000 miles per year.
The 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee can be a great SUV to lease if you or someone in your household is an existing FCA lessee. Through January 2nd, a loyalty lease in the Northeast on the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4×4 starts at $369 a month.
If you don’t lease another Chrysler product, your price will probably be a lot higher. Jeep lease prices vary by region so compare prices carefully. The offer in question is based on 10,000 miles per year.
Hyundai slashed IONIQ 5 lease prices by $50 a month back in October. Now, you can lease an 2023 IONIQ 5 SE Standard Range for just $298 per month. For an effective cost of $437, this makes the IONIQ 5 one of the most affordable vehicles to lease, even compared to regular gas vehicles.
Even though the IONIQ 5 doesn’t qualify for a federal tax credit on purchases, a loophole enables Hyundai to pass along a commercial tax credit when the EV is leased. The example listed here is for Southern California and is based on 10,000 miles per year.
The 2024 Jeep Wrangler plug-in hybrid makes it easy to go electric with a head-turning $359 lease deal in California. Through January 2nd, the Wrangler 4xe Willys Edition benefits from a price cut that brings its effective lease cost down to $470 a month. That’s impressive given its MSRP of over $60,000.
We’re seeing similar deals in other parts of the country, too. Unlike the gas model, the 4xe features a massive amount of lease cash as a plug-in hybrid. However, to get the advertised price, you’ll need to qualify for a loyalty discount that you can only get as a current FCA lessee.
Best Luxury Car Lease Deals
The 2024 Cadillac CT4 is one of the cheapest luxury cars you can lease if you qualify for a loyalty discount. Through January 2nd, the CT4 Premium Luxury can have an effective cost as low as $490 a month. It’s unusual to see a luxury car lease under $500 in the current market.
This Cadillac CT4 lease deal is available nationally and is based on 10,000 miles a year. Shoppers should be aware that the advertised CT4 pricing includes a loyalty discount for coming from another Cadillac lease.
The Infiniti Q50 is a lot better to lease than it was earlier this year. A few months ago, Infiniti lowered the amount due signing by nearly $1,800. This month’s deal is for the 2023 Infiniti Q50 PURE based on an MSRP of almost $44,000 and 10,000 miles per year of driving.
With an effective cost of $544 per month, the Q50 is far better to lease than the Lexus IS 300 ($648). Even though both luxury cars have similar MSRPs, the Q50 is over $100 per month more affordable to lease. The offer ends on January 2nd.
BMW i4 Car Lease Deal
- Monthly Payment: $499 for 36 months
- Due at Signing: $4,599
- Effective Cost: $627 per month
- MSRP: $54,545
The 2024 BMW i4 has impressive discounts for leasing thanks to the fact that it’s 100% electric. This month’s lease on the i4 eDrive35 has an effective cost of $627 per month. That’s $21 less than Lexus’ most affordable lease deal on the IS 300 sedan ($648) here on the West Coast.
The BMW i4 benefits from a $7,500 lease credit that you can’t get on a 4-Series gas model. That’s made possible by the fact that BMW is using a loophole to claim a commercial tax credit. The offer is based on 10,000 miles per year and ends on January 2nd.

Lexus RX SUV Lease Deal
- Monthly Payment: $499 for 36 months
- Due at Signing: $5,999
- Effective Cost: $666 per month
- MSRP: $52,145
The 2024 Lexus RX features a $499-per-month lease deal through January 2nd that we consider to be one of the best leases on a luxury SUV. Its effective cost of $666 is significantly cheaper than that of the 2024 Acura MDX ($738). We think that’s a big deal if you’re looking to get the most for your money.
Interestingly, a massive discount makes the new Lexus RZ an even better deal if you’re looking to go electric. Thanks to a $15,000 lease incentive, the $62,000 EV now has the same lease price as the RX. Both offers are based on 10,000 miles per year and end on January 2nd.

Best Truck Lease Deals
The Honda Ridgeline has the cheapest lease we’ve seen all year at just $309 per month. With an effective cost of $395 per month, the Ridgeline Sport is now cheaper to lease than the 2024 Honda CR-V ($413). That could make the Ridgeline a killer deal when considering its MSRP is around $10,000 higher. The advertised deal includes a loyalty discount for returning Honda customers.
Don’t qualify for the Honda loyalty discount? In the case of the 2023 Ridgeline Sport, expect a higher price of $349 with $3,199 at signing. A bigger loyalty discount means that Ridgeline leases have gone down at least twice in recent months. This national offer is based on 10,000 miles a year and ends on January 2nd.
Toyota cut 2024 Tundra lease prices for Black Friday, and those deals are still available through December 5th. Although it’s been years since we could recommend a Toyota Tundra lease, the most recent deal represents an outstanding value given the truck’s MSRP of almost $50,000.
Although we’ve seen cheaper leases from competitors, Toyota’s deal doesn’t limit the deal to current customers with any sort of loyalty discount. This month’s offer on the SR5 V6 CrewMax is available in the Southeast. Expect prices elsewhere to vary.
