Police in Boulder are seeking out two alleged thieves with expensive taste.
Boulder Police detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying two female suspects caught on surveillance tape who allegedly stole two Rolex watches with a claimed value of $42,000, according to police.
Police need assistance identifying these two women captured on surveillance footage who are alleged to have stolen two Rolex watches worth thousands.
The first watch was a Rolex 18K yellow gold Oyster Quartz President watch claimed to be valued at $30,000. The second watch was a Rolex two-tone Oyster Quartz watch claimed to be valued at $12,000.
The suspects were described to police as two women of Middle Eastern descent in their 50s with brown hair and brown eyes.
According to police, the two women entered a jewelry store on Pearl Street and asked to look at some watches just before 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11.
The pair distracted the sales associate and took the two Rolexes before walking out of the store. They were last seen getting into a car driven by an unidentified male suspect.
