Diddy was spotted wearing one of the craziest and most expensive iterations of the Rolex Daytona at Howard’s homecoming weekend.
The watch is rare, and it is now worth five times its original retail price.

The homecoming event took place at the Howard college campus in Washington, D.C. where the rapper studied business.
The watch in question is an ultra-rare version of the Rolex Daytona, its full name is Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona, and the first thing that stands out is the bezel with rainbow-colored diamond cut.
The watch comes in at 40 mm, and it’s made entirely out of 18-karat gold.
The bezel is adorned with 36 baguette-cut sapphires and 56 brilliant-cut diamonds.
In addition to that, it also features 11 baguette-cut sapphires on the dial.
There’s one for each hour marker with the exception of the 12 o’clock, because that’s where the Rolex logo is.
And the price tag?
In theory, the watch has a retail price of $96,900 but, like most Rolex watches, you can’t just go out there and buy it because it’s sold out.
At the time of writing, the average price in the pre-owned market for one of this is $500,000.
It goes to show Diddy’s time at Howard paid dividends, because this is a sound investment.
Born and raised in Harlem, NYC, Diddy made a name for himself in the 1990s and 2000s.
With his own record label Bad Boy Records, Diddy – whose real name Sean Combs – discovered and promoted talents such as Mary J. Blige, Usher and of course the late rapper Notorious B.I.G aka Biggie.
According to most rap critics, Biggie is the best rapper in history along with Tupac.
After releasing his fourth studio album Press Play in 2006 and his collaboration album Last Train to Paris in 2010, Diddy took a long hiatus from music to focus on other business ventures.
It clearly worked out for him since he now has a net worth of $1 billion.
His fifth studio album, titled The Love Album: Off the Grid, was released in September this year.
