On Tuesday night Hassan Salame, owner of Lama’s Florist, was gunned down outside of Xushi Ko in Dearborn.
Salame and his fiance had just finished dinner when they were walking to their vehicle at about 9:30 p.m. when an armed person approached them and demanded their belongings, including his Rolex.
They were standing near their black Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon when the shooter opened fire, hitting Salame in the chest.
Salame was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
