Thousands of homes are listed for sale in Greenville County. A handful of them might cost you a bit more than July’s average sales price—which was a 5.7% year-over-year increase sitting at $383,154 according to statistics from  J. Michael Manley Team of Keller Williams Realty.

Although the market has favored sellers in the past years, realtors believe the market is trending to be more balanced.

The Greenville News used Rocket Money to identify the most expensive homes currently listed for sale in Greenville County and to calculate an estimated monthly payment by using a loan term of 30 years and an interest rate of 6.5%.

Here are the top 10 most expensive homes listed in Greenville County.
