90 Day Fiancé season 9 star Jibri Bell is revealing why he decided to undergo a shocking transformation in Thailand amid his split rumors with Miona Bell. Jibri from Rapid City, South Dakota fell in love with Miona from Serbia while he was touring her country with his band Black Serbs. Jibri, 28, and Miona, 23, knew they were meant for each other when they got engaged, and she came to the U.S. on a K-1 visa. Miona was high maintenance and believed she wasn’t meant to live in a small town. The couple had to live with Jibri’s parents but eventually moved out.
Since Jibri and Miona got married, the reality TV show couple had been staying together in California. But as of now, Miona is still in Palm Springs while Jibri is getting his head and eyebrows shaved off in Thailand. Jibri‘s new look came as a shock to those who’ve seen him dress in fancy, colorful outfits so far on the show and Instagram.
One fan commented on Jibri’s latest video from his Vipassana center. “Shaving your head and eyebrows is very extreme though. You looked great before!” the fan told Jibri while asking him to seek spirituality in a Christian church. “Extreme” to him meant waking up every day in his California castle with 3 luxury cars deciding which one he would drive to Starbucks. Jibri also mentioned how he was used to putting on his designer clothes, cologne, and jewelry. He hoped people would notice him and compliment his appearance. He was people to recognize him from social media or TV. “Chasing fame and fortune as I run around America in circles searching for more possessions and power,” Jibri added. “I have never in my life felt as light and free as I do now.” he continued.
A few fans also wanted to know what was happening between him and Miona. Jibri maintains that he and Miona are still together. However, Miona first sparked rumors of a breakup with Jibri via her Instagram. Miona deleted all of her photos and videos with Jibri on her feed, including a post about their wedding. He claims he’s not sure how long he will be doing Vipassana since he is in the country on a 30-day visa.
