Azimut introduces its groundbreaking flagship, the Low Emission Yacht Grande 44M, at the Palm Beach International Boat Show. Designed to redefine luxury yachting, the Grande 44M combines innovative technology, visionary design, and a commitment to environmental sustainability.

Boasting a concept and exterior styling by Alberto Mancini and interiors by m²atelier, the Grande 44M represents Azimut’s mission to anticipate owner desires. Even before its official unveiling, five units were sold to discerning Azimut owners who recognize the Shipyard’s values and vision for the future.


What sets the Grande 44M apart is its revolutionary design, featuring four decks instead of the conventional three. The highlight is the upper deck, which can be transformed into an owner’s deck with uninterrupted sea views, offering an unparalleled onboard lifestyle. The design decision to move the helm station to the fourth deck enables this innovative layout, allowing for a master suite and private terrace for the owner.

The interior design by m²atelier focuses on functionality and aesthetics, catering to the owners’ needs and preferences. From a media room for guests to a dining area with veranda, every space is meticulously crafted to provide versatile settings for relaxation and entertainment.


Moreover, the Grande 44M is a testament to Azimut’s commitment to sustainability. As the flagship of Azimut’s Low Emission Yachts family, it offers a reduction of emissions by 20 to 30% compared to traditional naval architects of the same size. This is achieved through advanced technologies such as the Dual Mode hull, Hull Vane® foil technology, and the Mild Hybrid Plus Zero Emission Hotel Mode system.


The Dual Mode hull, developed in collaboration with P.L. Ausonio Naval Architecture, combines the efficiency of fast displacement boats with the stability of planing hulls, resulting in reduced fuel consumption and emissions. Additionally, the Hull Vane® carbon wing suppresses stern waves and generates forward thrust, further enhancing fuel efficiency and onboard comfort.


Azimut’s dedication to environmental sustainability extends to its Zero Emission Hotel Mode system, allowing the Grande 44M to stay at anchor for up to 8 hours with the generators off. Combined with the Mild Hybrid Plus system, developed in partnership with Asea Nautica, the yacht sets a new standard for eco-friendly cruising.

The Grande 44M will make its public debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026.

Azimut, founded by Paolo Vitelli in 1969 and part of the Azimut|Benetti Group, offers owners around the world a wide range of motor yachts from 42 to 125 feet in length, organised in seven series (Verve, Atlantis, Magellano, Fly, S, Grande and Seadeck).
