Luxury houses plastered with luxury goods will be built for the first time in Asia in Gangnam, Seoul. It is characterized by Fendi Casa, an interior furniture brand of luxury brand Fendi.
According to the luxury industry on the 6th, real estate developer Golden Tree Development, in partnership with Fendi Casa, will introduce “Papo Private Residence Seoul-Interior by Fendi Casa Unveiling Acceleration,” a high-end residential and commercial complex in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Golden Tree Development is a real estate developer known for the construction of luxury houses such as Walkerhill Podoville and Hannam Podoville.
The building, which will be built with seven basement floors and 20 ground floors on the site opposite the Hakdong Station Construction Center, consists of officetel room 6 (281㎡), 29 apartments (74 pyeong), and neighborhood living facilities.
The officetel has an exclusive area of 281㎡ (85 pyeong), and the apartment has a total area of 248㎡ (75 pyeong).
Pendicasa has carried out ultra-high-priced residence projects in Miami, the United States, Marbella, Spain, Santa Maria, Panama, and Prague, Czech Republic. This domestic project is the seventh project in the world.
The interior of the Pendicasa is applied to the entire generation. Fendicasa’s furniture, carpets, and cutlery are also provided.
The design was designed by Dominique Perot, a French architect who is also famous in Korea for his ECC building at Ewha Womans University and Yeolmaru, a complex culture and arts performance hall in Yeosu.
As it advocates the high end, the process of selecting residents is difficult. After checking the customer occupation group and asset size, Pendicasa’s headquarters decides whether to move in or not.
Construction of the project is expected in September, and the construction period is expected to be about four years.
