Agent Christian Sergiacomi of Pacifico Property says the estate is unique and they will take guidance from the market, with expectations in this early stage of the campaign hovering the the $20 million to $30 million range.

The address is “luxe, no doubt, but there’s an ease about this place that’s effortless”, the listing says, and the images show this warm aesthetic, with two sparkling pools, an outdoor zone that includes a wood-heated sauna and ice baths, and endless, undulating, surrounding greenery.

Sergiacomi tells Nine that Sun Ranch will spark an emotional connection for the buyer, whether they elect to continue it as luxury guest accommodation, or purchase it as an estate for their friends and family.
He says the attention to detail, with each room and cabin sporting an individual finish and style, is amazing.
