If there was one England player who performed to his potential at Euro 2024, you’ve gotta say it was Cole Palmer – even if he was used too sparingly as an impact sub by Gareth Southgate. Still, it was enough to present his ‘too cold’ goal celebration to a global audience, a much meme’d trademark that seems to be inspiring his watch collection as well.
A 40mm Rolex Daytona Cosmograph is a vibe in itself. But obviously, Cole Palmer has the platinum version with an ice-blue dial. A more fitting watch for the Chelsea and England player does not exist.

Turns 17, graduates from school and helps Spain win the Euros – all in a weekend’s work. And what better way for Spain’s Lamine Yamal to reward himself for becoming the most talked about footballer on the planet – and the subject of £250m offers from Paris St Germain – than upgrading his watch game.
Spotted rocking an iced-out Cernucci steel sports watch a couple of times during the tournament, as the celebrations hit the Spanish capital, Yamal had a classy Rolex Datejust 41 on his wrist. Blue dial, just like his buddy Nico Williams, if one notable difference – Roman numerals instead of indices.
