For the first time in its 13-year history, the 52 Super Series is set to take place in Newport, Rhode Island. The upcoming XS 52 Super Series Newport Trophy will be held from June 10-16, followed by the Rolex TP52 World Championship from July 15-20, both hosted by the New York Yacht Club.

Palm Beach Motor Yachts will support both regattas. The company, founded by yachtsman Mark Richards in Sydney, is known for its performance-focused motor yachts. Inspired by classic yacht design, Palm Beach Motor Yachts offers a range of nine models from 42 to 70 feet, known for being lighter, stronger, and more fuel-efficient than other motor yachts.

Popular among sailors for their performance and handling, Palm Beach Motor Yachts are also noted for their high standard of finish, exotic materials, and practical features. For the Newport events, Palm Beach Motor Yachts will supply two vessels: the high-performance Palm Beach GT60 and the Palm Beach 70. These boats will be used exclusively by selected guests during the regattas.

“The 52 Super Series represents the type of competitive spirit and drive for excellence that we appreciate,” said Mark Richards, founder, CEO, and Chief Designer of Palm Beach Motor Yachts. “We’re proud to be a sponsor when the 52 Super Series comes to Newport and will make our performance-focused Palm Beach GT60 and flagship Palm Beach 70 available. Come see us!”

A boatbuilding business was launched by Mark Richards in 1995. Today, the company builds a variety of models, including their Classic Series, comprised of the 42, 45, 50, 52, 55, 65, and 70, and the sporty GT Series, which includes the GT50 and GT60.
