Opening dates have not been set, but heading to the shopping, residential and office complex are:

  • David Yurman – the “American Designer Jewelry” company, opening its first Ohio store on The Strand East, near the fountain in Easton’s northern section.
  • Golden Goose – also an Ohio first, the sneaker and clothing company will open at 5159 The Strand West, across from Tiffany.
  • Breitling – The watch company will open its first Ohio store at 4093 The Strand East, at the current site of L’Occitane, which is moving to a larger space.
  • BOSS – The fashion label will open its first Ohio store on New Bond Street, next to Gucci, offering clothing, fragrance, eyewear and other designer merchandise.

Also expected next year is Cameron Mitchell’s fine-dining Mediterranean restaurant in the space once occupied by Bon Vie.

  • Louis Vuitton is moving to a larger space at 4090 The Strand East, becoming the designer brand’s largest store in Ohio.
  • L’Occitane will move into a larger space at Easton Town Center at 4037 Fenlon St.
  • Sur La Table will relocate to the former space of another kitchen store, Williams Sonoma, on Easton Station in the shopping center’s southern portion.

The announcements help fill several vacancies at the shopping center, though some large ones remain, including spaces once occupied by Amazon and the Smith & Wollensky restaurant.
