Following a banner year, Shang Properties Inc. sets a new benchmark for luxury living in Quezon City with the construction of what is envisioned to be the Philippines’ tallest residential condominium and the company’s largest ever project in terms of total sales.
Located in the heart of Quezon City’s burgeoning South Triangle, Shang Properties’ latest architectural marvel, Shang Summit, is projected to generate around ₱50 billion from the sale of over 2,000 meticulously crafted units across two planned towers, based on current listed prices.
Each residence promises breathtaking cityscapes and an unparalleled lifestyle experience.
Maria Rochelle S. Diaz, EVP of Commercial, said that the first tower will offer 1,020 units, while the second will feature 900 units, priced at approximately ₱280,000 per square meter, excluding VAT.
Studio units (ranging from 37.03 to 39.33 sqm) are selling for ₱10.44 million to ₱11.67 million. One-bedroom units (51.09 to 70.82 sqm) are priced at ₱14.6 million to ₱22.68 million. Two-bedroom units (88.23 to 125.69 sqm) cost ₱26.84 million to ₱39.28 million. Three-bedroom units (158.56 to 159.76 sqm) are priced between ₱55 million and ₱57.25 million. Penthouse units (232.69 to 390.89 sqm) are listed from ₱108.7 million to ₱182.6 million.
“We’re confident that we’re offering the right price for excellent value. Even the appliances are included in the unit. Our goal is for our buyers to move in and feel immediately at home,” Diaz said.
“We want our residents to take pride in owning a Shangri-La property,” she added, noting that this project is the company’s first venture in Quezon City, a diverse and dynamic area in the metro.
The 80-floor Shang Summit promises to combine exceptional design, a vibrant community atmosphere, and world-class amenities, all designed to redefine urban living in the country.
The two towers, designed by the renowned architectural firm P&T Group and FM Architettura for the interiors, will soar over 250 meters, making them the tallest residential development in the country. Unit turnover for both towers is expected in 2030 or 2031, Diaz said.
Residents of Shang Summit will enjoy a comprehensive range of luxury amenities.
These include a tropical swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, wellness facilities, co-working spaces, and expansive play areas for children.
The Summit Lounge and Summit Gallery will provide elegant spaces for relaxation and entertainment, while The Alcove offers quiet areas for work or study.
Rose Morales, senior director for group sales, is optimistic about the real estate market, particularly for premium offerings.
“There’s a huge opportunity for us to capitalize on the robust demand for luxurious projects, particularly in Quezon City, the most populous city in the metro,” she said.
“We want to be the epitome of modern living in QC, a growing metropolis.”
Morales said that QC is poised to become a center for next-generation infrastructure, with major projects such as the Skyway Stage 3, Metro Manila Subway, and MRT-7 underway.
She also highlighted the city’s status as the wealthiest in the Philippines, with a population of 2.9 million, according to the Commission on Audit.
Apart from this, most national agencies are located in QC, making it a hub for government and medical centers and a bustling commercial district, Morales pointed out.
Shang Properties aims to fill a gap in the market for those seeking luxurious living options.
“We want to serve Filipinos by expanding our geographical footprint and bringing high-quality living closer to them,” she said.
