The construction is taking place at Sirena’s superyacht facility in Altınova Yalova, near Bursa, Turkey. The aluminium superstructure is scheduled to be joined in the coming months, with outfitting beginning early next year.
The Sirena 42M will feature four guest cabins and a customizable master suite, offering luxurious accommodations. The owner’s suite, which can be positioned according to the client’s preference, provides a unique patio terrace on the foredeck, complete with a hot tub and private views.
“A plumb bow, high bulwarks, and a gentle curve to the shearline will make Sirena 42M an instant head-turner,” said Cagin Genc, CEO of Sirena Yachts.
The yacht’s design aims to combine customization options with a standard construction approach to expedite delivery. Social areas on the yacht include an extended living area, an aft salon, a games room or studio, a dining area, a pool on the aft deck, and a beach club. The open flybridge and drop-down bulwarks are designed to appeal to a new generation of yacht owners.
Currently, over 30 people are working on the build, and progress is on schedule. The hull and superstructure are expected to be joined by September, with the final metal work completed early next year.
“Due to the complexity of the build, we decided to employ an external surveyor to monitor progress and control quality – in addition to the Class Society,” added Genc. “I am delighted to report that we are exactly where we wanted to be at this stage of the build – precisely on schedule and working to a very high standard of finish.”
Sirena Yachts is a Turkish yacht brand. The company produces semi-displacement motor yachts ranging from 17m to over 30m.
