Australia’s leading yacht brokerage The Superyacht People will showcase the 29-metre (98ft) Falcon-built motor yacht NORSEMAN at the upcoming Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.

The annual yacht show, from 23 to 26th May, is Australia’s largest boating showcase, with yacht NORSEMAN anticipated to be one of the highlights of the show.

Cameron Bray, founder and director of The Superyacht People, will be on hand to showcase the spectacular Italian-built NORSEMAN and provide his advice  on the booming yacht charter market in Australia, including the growing demand for adventure travel with bespoke and highly exclusive experiences both onboard and onshore.

Fresh from attending the MYBA Charter Show in Genoa, Italy, and the Mediterranean Yacht Show in Greece, Cameron will also advise attendees on the Mediterranean yacht charter market. This market is growing in appeal, with wealthy Australians seeking to enjoy luxury holidays exploring some of the Med’s most exclusive yachting hotspots.

The Mediterranean remains the world’s most exclusive yachting destination, with some of the most elegant itineraries, including the UNESCO-listed Amalfi Coast, the French Riviera, and island-hopping adventures in the Greek Islands.

“As one of the only Australian brokers attending the above shows in Greece and Italy, it was clear very early on how many Australians charter in the Mediterranean. As a young country with a small population, we punch above our weight in the yachting world.

“What was also evident is that Australians would prefer to deal with brokers in their own country, on their own time zone who understand how Aussies use yachts. We’re not as interested in sitting off the popular anchorages just to be seen, we want to explore, experience the local culture, eat and drink their food and wines.

“These shows enable us to tighten our contacts on the ground to ensure we source the ideal yacht and build the perfect itinerary for our clients. We give them the assurance and security the right contracts are being used and their charter funds are safe.”

– Cameron Bray

Motor yacht NORSEMAN is a fine example of a luxury Italian-built yacht for sale. Priced at $3.9 million, this refined vessel was delivered in 2009, and in 2013/2014, underwent multiple upgrades to make her more lifestyle-friendly with the varied Australian weather conditions. This included changes to the flybridge, which is now one superb entertaining level designed to keep guests comfortable in all weathers.

This elegant vessel boasts four sumptuous cabins, including one voluminous master, one VIP cabin, and two twins, which can be configured to sleep up to eight guests.

Built to RINA 100—A1.1 “Y” standards, she is powered by 2x 2,000 HP MTU 16v2000M90 turbocharged engines. Her state-of-the-art technology and onboard amenities make her ideal for an owner seeking to explore the Australian coastline or cruising further afield into the South Pacific.

Guaranteeing fun on the water, NORSEMAN comes fully loaded with a range of water toys, dive gear, and a Novamarine 4.3-metre rigid bottom inflatable tender.

M/Y NORSEMAN has been meticulously maintained by a professional management team and fastidious owner, who also owns BIG SKY, a 48-metre Oceanfast vessel that is a highly successful Australian charter vessel managed by The Superyacht People.
