PR Queen, influencer and business magnate Roxy Jacenko is giving away a $10 million architecturally-designed luxury waterfront home in Sydney’s Cronulla.
The Catch? It’s to promote her online business course, Brand Bootcamp – signing up to the course (which starts from $29) will put you in the draw to win the home, as well as some other luxury prizes. She’s good.
The first prize is the $10 million three-storey waterfront home at 12 Dodson Avenue, which was revitalised from a time-warp 1960s home into a luxury Mediterranean pad by boutique design firm Dezcon.
Jacenko bought it in 2020 for $3.36 million, according to Domain.

It now features opulent interiors that blur the lines between indoors and outd, sitting on 474 square metres with panoramic water views over Gunnamatta Bay.
There are four ensuite bedrooms, a heated pool, Venetian plastered walls, Viola marble, integrated Smeg appliances and even a double garage with remote turning circle.
The home’s high-end build and design saw it featured on Nine’s Australia’s Best House in season 3, presented by Megan Gale.

The offer has launched in line with International Women’s Day, with Jacenko sharing on her Instagram, “It’s my turn to change one lucky Australian’s life and turn them into multimillionaires, basically overnight.”
Jacenko – who first built her wealth through property investing from the age of 21 with a $37,000 deposit – mentioned that the winner has options. They could live in it, sell it, or choose to rent it out with a $156,000 estimated rental income.
“Recognising the challenges so many face in 2024, Roxy offers this transformative opportunity for you to rewrite your destiny – and for one student, become a multimillionaire overnight.,” says the Roxy’s Bootcamp site.
Other prizes include a Hermès Birkin 30 valued at $22k and a Rolex Perpetual Datejust watch valued at $20k, reflections of the lavish lifestyle Jacenko has become known for.
“Australia has never seen a giveaway of this magnitude,” Jacenko says.
