When approaching Mangusta 165 REV, the first thing that strikes you is the vessel’s sportily designed yet elegant exterior profile. Its beautiful and elegant design is inspired by the sleek lines of 1930s sports cars, harkening back to an era of style and sophisticated allure. Meticulous Engineering
The hull, which is constructed from singleskin composite, and a superstructure crafted from sandwich composite, is a testament to the successful collaboration between the Mangusta shipyard’s Engineering Department and Lobanov Design. Mangusta’s finished result exudes an aura of classic beauty that has been reimagined to incorporate innovative elements of modern luxury.
Measuring 49.90 meters (163’8’’) in length overall and boasting a beam of approximately 9.2 meters (30’2’’), this superyacht is a masterpiece of maritime engineering. Stepping into the grand saloon on the main deck is akin to entering a calm, sun-drenched sanctuary. Bright natural light cascades through wide side windows and a ceiling-high glazed strip, bathes the room in a calming soft, golden glow. The ambience is both welcoming and inviting, tempting the inclination to sit and stay for a while. To complete the masterpiece, two fold-down balconies frame awe-inspiring views of the endless sea.
Grandeur of the Saloon
The saloon’s centrepiece immediately captures and draws the eye. An exquisite “Ocean Storm” marble-top dining table, meticulously set for ten guests is perfect for entertaining, dining, and enjoying conversation with guests. Adjacent to it, a bar counter, adorned with the same precious material, beckons you to savor a crafted cocktail or enjoy a glass of fine wine to add to the conviviality. The open and bright living area is dominated by a modular Baxter sofa, which seamlessly merges with the exterior, blurring the boundaries between inside and out with artful elegance. An intricate interplay of light and contrasting shades of delicate color creates a harmonious haven of relaxation and peace in the generous space.
Private Oasis: The Master Stateroom
To the fore of the main deck, the full beam master stateroom stretches out over 92 square meters and is conveniently accessible from the main deck. It offers yacht owners unrivaled opulence and privacy. This private sanctuary begins with a comfortable and versatile lounge area, perfect for casual conversation or reading. The generously proportioned space is adorned with plush armchairs and elegant coffee tables, creating a place that is perfect for private relaxation or reflection away from the rest of the yacht. On the opposite side of the lounge, an expansive table transforms into an office desk, where inspiration flows freely and creates a productive workspace for typing on a laptop or taking important business calls.
A rounded, sinuous profile guides owners down three underlit graceful steps to the lower level of the master suite, where an impressive custom-built, circular bed complements the wide and open space. Bathed in natural light from the circular windows, this serene retreat boasts an onyx-clad bathroom and access to expansive dressing rooms and storage areas. The all-pervading element is light, thanks to ceiling-high glazed surfaces that seamlessly integrate with the hull, reflecting the natural illumination and immersing and integrating the master cabin in an ever-changing sea landscape.
