HotCars ranked the most expensive Mercedes-Benz models based on their MSRPs, with all the prices adjusted for inflation according to Dollar values recorded December 24, 2023. We’ve then ranked all the models from least to most expensive.

14 2023 Mercedes-AMG EQS 53 Sedan – From $147,550

Some electric cars are actually getting cheaper, but clearly, Mercedes didn’t get the memo, as their frighteningly fast EQS 53 sedan will cost just shy of $150,000 – making this the brand’s most expensive EV to date. Two electric motors work in sync to produce 649 horsepower and 700 lb-ft of torque, which not only means this huge EV can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds, but it’ll also carry on to speeds north of 150 mph.

As is typical for luxury EVs, there is plenty of tech inside, perhaps most notable is the huge 17.7-inch central touchscreen display. There’s a load of features to love about the new Mercedes-Benz EQS, from the panorama glass roof, which is standard and will bring a great deal of light into the cabin, to the 21-inch AMG alloy wheels, which fill the arches nicely on this sleek and sporting sedan.

9 2013 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Final Edition – From $301,226

Here comes a genuine full-fat supercar, and even though it hasn’t been in production for a decade now, the SLS AMG GT Final Edition still ranks as one of the most expensive models ever sold by the legendary German brand. Nearly a quarter of a million dollars was required to secure this 198 mph monster as yours, which packed one of the most powerful road-legal naturally-aspirated engines in Mercedes’ history. A decade has since passed though, and with rampant inflation taken into account, that original MSRP would now be equal to just north of $300,000.

Everything within the SLS is focused on performance, from the suede-lined steering wheel to the lightweight bucket seats. The alloy wheels are manufactured from forged aluminum too, in an effort to keep the weight down but strength up, and the Black Series boasts a wide and uniquely aggressive body kit.

4 2004 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren – From $762,811
