A bold profile that turns heads at all the millionaire playgrounds, adrenaline-pumping speed, and the signature Italian style with a marked masculine touch are some of the main characteristics of what could be defined as a man cave on the water. “Lucky Me” is how any man would feel if they got their hands on this exquisite pleasure craft.
Although special in every way, this isn’t the only Lucky Me out there. The first one was launched more than a decade ago, in 2010. It was a 43-meter (141 feet) model, the first in Baglietto’s Wide Body series. Six years later, the slightly bigger 46-meter (151 feet) Lucky Me made its debut. Most likely, they both belonged to the same owner, who wanted a bigger version of his favorite yacht. It’s common for serial yacht owners to name several of their boats the same way.
The two yachts with the same name were also created by the same prestigious designer, Francesco Paszkowski. That’s because Paszkowski has been Baglietto’s main designer for more than a decade now. The collaboration started with Opus, a 29-meter (95-foot) open boat launched in 1994. Numerous superyachts followed, many of which received coveted awards.

Lucky Me is also an award winner. In 2017, it was a finalist for the ShowBoats Design Awards in two categories and for the Asia Boating Awards. It was also nominated for the International Superyacht Society Awards. That same year, Robb Report chose it as “Best of the Best.”
The 46-meter Lucky Me was the first unit in the Italian brand’s Fast Line series. Boasting an all-aluminum hull and superstructure, it combined a generous volume of just under 500 GT with a low draft, enabling it to reach secluded spots that other luxury yachts can’t.
Lucky Me’s masculine spirit was obvious as soon as it hit the water. The dark grey silhouette with black accents and sharp edges was the perfect match for a thrilling performance. Fitted with powerful MTU engines of more than 4,560 HP each, it cut through the waves at 26 knots (30 mph/48 kph). In a more relaxed mode, it could smoothly cruise at 20 knots (23 mph/37 kph).
The trailblazing yacht was a design masterpiece inside and out. The exterior displayed trapeze-shaped windows alternating with rectangular ones on two different levels, highlighting the vessel’s sleek silhouette. Although not as big as a standard superyacht, it offered vast outdoor areas where guests could always stay connected to the outdoors, both while cruising and at anchor.

Accommodation-wise, Lucky Me comes with a five-cabin configuration. Following the traditional placement, the master suite unfolds over the main deck, revealing a spacious sleeping area, a separate private study, and double balconies.
The other four cabins, two VIPs, and two doubles are all on the lower deck. All the rooms include en-suite bathrooms, LCD TV sets, and advanced entertainment systems. All in all, Lucky Me can welcome up to 12 guests. The lower deck also houses the crew quarters, with four cabins for up to nine people.
The captain’s cabin and the helm station can be found on the upper deck. Its aft area doubles as a vast open terrace with spectacular views of the water. Robb Report described Lucky Me as a fresh take on the brand’s signature look. One of its innovative features was to place the pool and set up a social area at the bow, which is rare with superyachts. Next to the spa pool, a dining area invites onboard guests to enjoy meals in the open air. The large beach club brings the outdoors even closer.
The yacht’s main deck also houses the traditional salon with a separate area for formal dining and enough space for elegant indoor parties. Precious rosewood in warm shades creates a strong contrast with the white lacquered ceilings and neutral-toned furnishings.

This bold contrast is at the heart of a style that’s both minimalistic and masculine. The acclaimed Margherita Casprini, who won several awards for her collaborations with Paszkowski, managed to create the look and atmosphere of a luxurious home that most men would feel comfortable in.
After six years, it’s someone else’s turn to feel lucky onboard this exquisite boat. The 46-meter Lucky Me is on the market. Despite its impressive qualities, the steep pricing makes it intimidating – this 2016 Baglietto is still worth almost $25 million.
