Sports tycoon and billionaire Shahid Khan owns many luxury vehicles, but the Kismet superyacht shines brighter than any of them — and a time-lapse video showing it being built from scratch only makes you wonder.

If you thought it was easy to create a 400-foot-long vessel floating on the sea while brimming in luxury, think again.

There’s a lot of work and labor hours poured into creating such a large vessel, and it clearly shows in the video.

Lürssen Yachts, the creator of this work of art, released a video showing how the ‘Made in Germany’ superyacht is built.

And you can only grasp the true nature of this vessel after you watch it.

Some would say it’s an engineering marvel, and we’re inclined to agree.

Behind the scenes of the Kismet superyacht

The construction starts off by laying out the groundwork, beginning with the lower deck of the Kismet superyacht, which billionaire Shahid Khan also owns.

The immensely large sheets of metal are enough to make you think they were creating a building on water.

Further, the crane operators play a game of putting everything in place while the welders attach them.

Shortly after, you can see the upper decks, which start to resemble a yacht’s shape.

After the construction team finishes the outdoor decks and the finishing part begins, the yacht slowly turns into a superyacht.

If anything, it’s certainly a mesmerizing sight, to say the least.

However, the exterior — just like that of a luxury mansion — is the least difficult part of construction.

It’s all about the intricate details when it comes to a luxury superyacht, and that’s what takes up most of the work hours while creating one.

After an extremely long journey, the team at Lürssen finishes the interior and adds finishes to Kismet.

This superyacht is unlike any other and has everything you can (and cannot) imagine.

Kismet roughly translates to ‘destiny’ or ‘fate’ in Turkish.

It’s a sign of royalty, and that likely justifies its $360 million cost of production.

If you thought that was a big number, you would need well over seven figures — $3.3 million, to be precise — to charter it for a week.

Don’t take our word for it, though.

That number comes directly from Cecil Wright and Partners, the firm that charters this vessel.

You would have plenty to do on it, and a week is certainly not enough to explore all areas on the yacht.

That’s because it can accommodate just above 15 guests plus more than 36 crew members in one go.

It also offers dedicated suites for all guests, which come with their own bathrooms and private staircases.

There’s also a sky deck, a jacuzzi, a spa, and not to mention a Nemo cinema featuring a 150-inch TV.

Who said money couldn’t buy happiness?
