Audemars Piguet just got a sharp restyling courtesy of Travis Scott and Cactus Jack.
The rapper and his record label have given the watchmaker’s New York boutique a makeover, reimagined the classic Royal Oak, and unveiled a new line of clothing and accessories in honor of the collab.
“Watchmaking, to me, is the ultimate combo of engineering, fashion, tech, and design—a harmony of precision, craftsmanship, and perfect timing,” Scott said in a statement. “I approached this collaboration similar to sampling or starting a beat, taking inspiration from classics while introducing innovation to push them into the future.”
The 41 mm case is made of a “chocolate brown” ceramic.

“The chocolate AP,” as Travis Scott calls it in his latest album, is a limited-edition riff on the original Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar from 1981. The 41 mm case is made of a “chocolate brown” ceramic inspired by one of Cactus Jack’s signature hues. AP says it is the first time the model has been released in this shade.
The sapphire dial is replete with references to Cactus Jack, too. The day subdial at 9 o’clock is shaped like the brand’s logo, while the moon phase at 6 o’clock features the brand’s smiley face motif. In addition, the typography of the calendar and week indicators is based on Scott’s own handwriting. All of the indicators (except the week) are finished with a luminescent material that turns green at night for an extra bit of pizzaz.

Flip it over, the ceramic and sapphire caseback gives a full view of the openworked movement (Calibre 5135). The pink-gold oscillating weight is engraved with the double “Audemars Piguet” and “Cactus Jack” signatures. The caseback also is inscribed with “Utopia is a state of mind,” as a nod to Scott’s new album. To top it off, the words “Limited Edition of 200 Pieces” will let other collectors know just how hard this $201,000 piece was to come by.
“I’m beyond amped about the results, a first-ever for the iconic Royal Oak,” adds Scott. “For it to be my brother Francois’ final project as CEO of AP makes it even more epic—we are sending him out with a mega fucking epic mic drop.”
The Calibre 5135 is visable via the sapphire caseback.

As mentioned, the two brands also worked on a collection of clothing and accessories, including hoodies, T-shirts, jackets, pajamas, shorts, and caps. The pieces will be sold exclusively online via shop.travisscott.com, with a portion of the proceeds directed toward a charity or cause of Scott’s choosing.
