- 500-horsepower Audi SQ7 costs $400 more than last year.
Audi USA has announced local pricing for the 2025 Q7 and SQ7 SUVs, which received their second facelift earlier this year. Having been available since MY2016, the second-generation Q7 has been thoroughly updated to keep it fresh in the face of more modern rivals. Despite this substantial update, the luxury SUV has only received a marginal price increase.
The range starts with the $60,500 Q7 45 TFSI, which is exactly $1,000 pricier than the outgoing model. Powered by a 2.0-liter four-pot with 261 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque. Those are respectable figures, but a prestigious SUV like the Q7 deserves a six-cylinder engine at the very least.
If you think the same way, you must fork out $65,800 for the Q7 55 TFSI. That’s only $500 dearer than the MY2024 55 TFSI, which is nothing considering some recent price increases we’ve seen. This model uses a silky-smooth 3.0-liter V6 engine (with mild-hybrid technology) that produces a healthy 335 hp and 369 lb-ft. That’s sufficient for the daily slog to and from the office, but if you want to hunt down sports cars, there is only one choice.

And that is the $90,800 2025 SQ7. The athletic range-topper receives a mighty 4.0-liter V8 motor with a well-rounded 500 hp and 568 lb-ft of torque. This variant is just $400 more expensive compared to the 2024 model year. All pricing mentioned above does not include the automaker’s $1,195 destination charge.
For all variants, power and torque remain unchanged for the MY2024 Q7. Regardless of which engine you opt for, the Q7 receives quattro all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Sadly, there’s no RSQ7. If you want a monstrous Audi performance SUV, wait for the updated RSQ8 that should debut this year.
Once you’ve decided which Q7 you’d like, you need to wade through the seemingly endless options and packages. As you would expect from an SUV of this ilk, standard equipment is generous, but Audi offers myriad personalization packages and luxury features.

Audi Q9 Spied Wearing Oversized Q7 SUV Clothes
The Audi Q9 is still coming, and it will be considerably more spacious than the existing Q7 three-row SUV.
This includes the $2,100 Black Optic package that introduces sinister black exterior trim to the exterior, Anthracite-colored Audi rings, and dark chrome exhaust tips. When this package is equipped, the 45 TFSI receives 20-inch wheels, while the 55 TFSI and SQ7 receive 21-inch wheels. The 45 TFSI can be specified with 21-inch wheels, while the SQ7 is privy to 22-inch S design alloys. This package is only offered on the Premium Plus and Prestige trims.
Three new colors, namely Sakhir Gold metallic, Ascari Blue metallic, and Chilli Red metallic, have been added to the paint choices.
US customers can also add a $2,300 Executive package to improve the Q7’s refinement and luxury experience. The package includes ventilated seats, heated rear seats, four-zone climate control, dual-pane acoustic glass, traffic sign recognition, and rear sunshades. It’s worth noting this is only available on the Premium Plus trim level.
Gas-Powered Q7 And SQ7 Will Stick Around
For the SQ7, the automaker has developed a new Audi Sport Express Red interior package. This envelops the beautifully built interior in red leather, with matching seatbelts and stitching on the door cards, seats, and center console. Carbon twill matte inlays are standard on the range-topper.
The V8-powered SUV also features digital daytime running lights with unique signatures, previewed by the new Q6 e-tron. Audi has also made digitalized OLED rear taillights with selectable light signatures. And for the first time, owners of the Q7 and SQ7 can use third-party apps, such as Amazon Music and YouTube, downloadable via the Audi App store.
This recent facelift confirmed that Audi plans to keep the Q7 and SQ7 around for a long time. With a focus on EVs, Audi is updating its existing ICE vehicles instead of engineering all-new ones.
